Scope of Services

Sanfull Securities Limited and Sanfull Futures Limited are two independently operated companies. Clients who wish to invest in securities or futures must open separate accounts with each company.

Sanfull Securities Limited

Sanfull Securities Limited offers full-service brokerage services to local retail investors in Hong Kong. It also provides margin facilities to client in need of greater investment flexibility.

 

In accordance with regulatory requirements, we are required to clearly state the scope of services available to our clients. Please be advised that Sanfull Securities does not currently offer the following products and services:

  • Futures Trading (if clients want to invest in futures trading, please contact Sanfull Futures Limited to open a futures trading account)
  • Stocks option trading
  • Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading
  • Short Selling in Hong Kong ("HK") / Shanghai Stock Exchange ("SSE") / Shenzhen Stock Exchange ("SZSE") China Connect Securities
  • Stock Borrowing and Lending Services in HK /SSE / SZSE China Connect Securities

Sanfull Futures Limited offers clients a wide range of index futures and options products traded on the Hong Kong Exchange, thereby facilitating diverse investment choices.

 

In accordance with regulatory requirements, we are required to clearly state the scope of services available to our clients. Please be advised that Sanfull Futures does not currently offer the following products and services:

  • Securities Trading (if clients want to invest in futures trading, please contact Sanfull Securities Limited to open a securities trading account)
  • Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading

 

Electronic Trading Platform

Sanfull Securities / Sanfull Futures has established an efficient Electronic Trading Platform, providing clients a convenient way to make investments in Hong Kong Securities and Futures Market.

 

Nominee Services

With the establishment of The Hong Kong Securities and Clearing Corporation Limited, securities clearing and settlement of all securities transactions are handled through the account of Sanfull Securities under the HKSCC. Therefore, all securities purchased will also be deposited into Sanfull Securities's account under HKSCC's custody. As such, we also provide a full nominee service to our clients.

 

Corporate Finance

With the continuous expansion of its business, Sanfull Securities has served as a co-manager, co-sponsor and underwriter for listed companies. In addition, Sanfull Securities also provides clients with subscription applications for new stock issuances and assists in financing large subscriptions.
